- Raising “red flags” for deviation in schedule, scope or budget, combined with corrective actions management, for example: a forecast for late delivery of materials needed for installations\ urgent constructions and shifting to air freighting or 24 hour shifts in order to meet the delivery target date!
- Change management- analysis of requested changes, including their impacts to schedule, scope of work and budget, pricing and tracking changes as they occur
- Risk management- implementation of the risk response plan, tracking and managing residual risks
