Construction & Infrastructure phase
- Planning the base build work (construction)- scope, schedule, sub phases, according to the bill of quantities and division to subcontractors, in order to complete the works within the delivery dates
- Planning the Electrical, Plumbing , Instrumentation & Control, Acid Neutralization Systems ,Laterals Installations and more, in aspects of scope, schedule, sub phases, according to the bill of quantities and division to subcontractors, in order to complete the works within the delivery dates
- Tracking the percentage of progress versus the drawings and schedule plan; issuing PAS (Progress Against Schedule) reports when needed
- Integration between bill of quantities, works & installations and purchase orders per priorities
- Change management- management of change requests, as well as change orders per project objectives, including cost and profitability impacts
- Supporting the closing processes- delivery of buildings and structures, as made drawings, etc
Machinery and tool install phase
- Planning the tool install schedule for installations or upgrades, according to the target ramps and capacity need dates
- Managing and supporting the tool install phases:
- Design reviews & Planning packages
- Pre hook up\ Pre facilities installations
- Dock dates- requested & supplied
- SL1 Construction & sign off
- SL2 Construction & signoff
- Quall processes - suppliers qual & in house qual
- MRCL- Manufacturing Readiness Check List
- Raising “red flags” for deviation in schedule, scope or budget, for example: negative float reports (late installations, missing the capacity need dates), budget variance, and more.
- Tracking the percentage of progress versus the drawings and schedule plan; issuing PAS (Progress Against Schedule) reports when needed
- Risk management - Risk Mapping, Mitigation Plans, Risk Control & Tracking
- Change management- management of change requests & change orders through CCB (Change Control Board) processes or SYCCB (System Change Control Board) processes
